Dear all, After a lifetime spent downloading SVGs icons, I felt relieved when finally Microsoft decided to implement the insert icon function for the MacOS version of Office as well. However, this feature is recently not available for me anymore. Here you find the details about my subscription: Microsoft Office 2016, Personal 365 subscription; Macbook Pro running Sierra 13.5 I already tried several things to fix this issue: I already try to search for the function in ribbon & toolbar , the function is not even there I contacted the Microsoft service twice; none of the assistants was able to fix this issue I uninstalled Office and reinstalled the older version , did not work I updated Office, along with joining the Office insider program, did not work either. Go to the PowerPoint templates gallery (File > New from Template) Click the circle in the upper left corner and the sign out Restart your Mac Return to the circle and sign in, but this time use your Office 365 credentials instead of your volume license.

If you do have a valid O365 subscription, you can follow these steps. Please note, that only do this if you are CERTAIN you have an O365 subscription, and are not supposed to be on a Volume License. In order to reset your license type (assuming you are ok with doing this and have an account that is associated with an O365 license) here is what you need to do - Save all your work and close all the Office Apps Download this utility "Unlicense" from here - https://github.com/pbowden-msft/Unlicense Open Terminal and navigate to the location where you downloaded the utility (alternatively, you can drag the utility to a terminal window to have it auto add the path to the utility) you will want to add the following " --All --ForceClose" so your terminal should look like this - "Unlicense --All --ForceClose" Your office suite should now be deactivated. You can now reactivate it with your account that is tied to the subscription and also sign in with this account in to word. (you can add additional accounts in Mac outlook for mail). You can verify the subscription type by going o Outlook > About Outlook and confirming that the license type now reads "Office 365 Subscription", and Groups should show up in your left nav. -Jesse

Dear all,
