In the Outlook 2016 Mac 15.33 (170315) update the "All Accounts" forces all account inboxes together instead of showing each inbox separately as it should inside of the all accounts folder. I no longer have the option in Preferences to group folders. Under all accounts it should show Inbox>each account's inbox, Sent>then each accounts Sent folder, Trash>then each account's Trash etc... This is no longer true in the latest version. All accounts show in one inbox. I really don't want my personal account to be mixed with my work account and I don't want to have to scroll to the very bottom of the folder list to try an find the inbox of a different account. I'm not sure why this has changed and surely this is a bug.

The proper channel for reporting bugs like this on Insider builds of Outlook is to use Help > Contact Support.
The UserVoice channel is primarily for feature requests.
Apparently it's not a bug and is by design. Just a bad design :) IMHO
