In the Outlook 2016 Mac 15.33 (170315) update the "All Accounts" forces all account inboxes together instead of showing each inbox separately as it should inside of the all accounts folder. I no longer have the option in Preferences to group folders. Under all accounts it should show Inbox>each account's inbox, Sent>then each accounts Sent folder, Trash>then each account's Trash etc... This is no longer true in the latest version. All accounts show in one inbox. I really don't want my personal account to be mixed with my work account and I don't want to have to scroll to the very bottom of the folder list to try an find the inbox of a different account. I'm not sure why this has changed and surely this is a bug.

It's a design change in the new Insider Fast build.
As I was saying in another thread (there are a number of related threads
now), I don't know if it's here to stay or not (or if it will evolve),
but a number of folks are now complaining about the same thing.

Hi Tmorg,
Thank you for your post. I understand you have the latest version for Insider Fast, and this new feature has the All Accounts Folder which combines the inbox from all accounts into one. This feature is not yet changed on Insider slow or Production releases. As a workaround you can uncheck “Show all account folders”, so it will not show All Accounts folders and manually select inbox from each account:
We suggest you submit feedback to the related team via the link: (https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/293343-outlook-for-mac). Many features have been designed or upgraded based on customers' valuable advice.
Thank you for your understanding,
