Can't uncheck the box in Outlook that says "Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?"

No matter what I try, I can't uncheck the box in Outlook that says "Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?" when trying to open an attachment in Outlook. 

I've tried numerous settings in Outlook, and tried numerous ways of starting Outlook as an Administrator. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    That was spam. The filter isn't blocking them today. The post here was deleted, albeit slowly, but you received the message in the Notification Email.

    Palcouk,

    I'm running Outlook 365, many different releases over the past 6 months always fails as I described. I've also tried Office 365 Insider. It too fails.

    Currently installed version of Office 365 = Version 2012 (Build 13430.20000 Click-to-run) Beta Channel.

    I've tried WIndows 10, the most current GA version, and numerous WIndows 10 Insider builds the past 6 months. They have no effect. Still fails. 

    I've tried being logged onto WIndows as an ADMIN, and also tried started Outlook as ADMIN. 

    Nothing allows me to uncheck the grayed out box.

    Yu fail to mention what version of office. A current office version requires admin writes to function correctly
