Issue if login approval -authrnticator when I'm already inside the app itself with my domain account to confirm my work account.

I'm trying to register my work account for the app but when I come it's brushing me to say the code number I'm supposed to get for the app, but I'm already coming on the registration page when I go out to check there is nothing because he sent a message with a code for my work account to aythenticator that I haven't even been able to get into the account yet. It's an illogical situation, why did you do it that way?
