Why do I not have xmatch or xlookup?

I have a Microsoft 365 Family licence and I am running Excel on my iMac.

I cannot work out why I do not have the new functions that should be available, the two I've tried to use are xmatch and xlookup, the Microsoft support pages indicate they should be available.

I have just downloaded and reinstalled Office to my iMac. It installed 16.47 (21020100).

I then switched to the Beta Channel and it installed 16.47 (21020300).

Is there something different between 365 licences?

Thank you for your help.

I have resolved by running the Microsoft Office removal tool on my mac and reinstalling, it then asked which license I wanted to use.

I am now running 365 Subscription :-)

    Hello

So I know the root cause, I just do not know how to fix it.

I have two subscriptions in my Microsoft Account.

    1. Microsoft 365 Family
    2. Office Home & Business 2019

I have proven that despite uninstalling and reinstalling Office it is still using my 2019 Retail Licence and not my 365 Subscription.  Another user with their own Mac sharing our 365 Family license has a 365 Subscription so I know it works.

Any help or insight as to how to fix this issue would be greatly apprecaited.

    Thank you for your help.
