Creating an Internal Job Board with Microsoft Loop

Hello,

We are a startup staffing agency, and I'd like to create a custom internal job board list to organize all our jobs. The closest thing I could find to something we are looking for is the following example from Notion:

Now to describe what we are looking for:

Need: We need a centralized platform to organize our Open, Paused, and Closed Jobs all on one platform.

We need the ability to create filters so that jobs can be organized by the following criteria:

  • Firm Name/Company
  • Location (State/City)
  • Specialty (I'll provide a list of specialties)
  • Experience Level
  • Job Status (Open, Paused, Closed)

This is would also be a "nice to have": I would also like to have a separate Tab that I'd like to call the "Candidate Matrix". In essence, this tab would allow you to input your candidate details (Location and Specialty) and will populate a list of jobs from the other Jobs tab that match the candidate's criteria.

Any feedback on how to create this would be a huge help and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Also, if anyone had any suggestions other than Microsoft Loop, please feel free to suggest any alternatives as I am open to ideas and am willing to learn about other Microsoft offerings that could fulfill what we are looking for.

    To create a job board list, you can use the “Task list” component in Loop. You can add tasks to the list and assign them to different categories such as Open, Paused, and Closed Jobs. You can also create filters to organize jobs by Firm Name/Company, Location (State/City), Specialty, Experience Level, and Job Status (Open, Paused, Closed).

    As for the “Candidate Matrix” feature, you can create a separate tab and input candidate details such as Location and Specialty. The tab will then populate a list of jobs from the other Jobs tab that match the candidate’s criteria.
