Thanks for your update.
We create a web query in Excel 2016 for Mac and get data from the link you provided and the result is the same as you: Only import the first 100 rows into the excel file.
Also, when we create a new worksheet in Google Drive and import the data into query, the result is the same.
The method we using to create a web query: Copy the link to a word document> Save as plain text> MS-DOS> Save to desktop> Right click the file> Get info> Change the file extension to .iqy> Close and Use .iqy> In Excel Data menu bar> Get external data> Run web
query…> Choose the iqy file and press get data.
It may be a problem which is related with Google document because when I create a web query which links to some other links, all the rows more than 100 return in Excel correctly.
For example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Featured_content
We can import data from this link more than 100 rows.
