I have set up my Outlook calendar with two time zones - Pacific and Eastern. Since the change to daylight saving time, the calendar shows a 4-hour offset between Pacific and Eastern (the time in the Eastern time zone is incorrect). Is anyone else seeing this? Does anyone know of a fix? Note that this issue is showing up on my Windows 10 Insider/Office Insider machine as well as my company issued Windows 7/Office365 machine.

This issue should no longer be showing this week. It appears to be limited to the week of the DST switch. If you are still seeing problems with time zones displaying incorrectly please let us know.

We are aware of this issue. As a workaround you can change your calendar view to either "Day" or "Work Week" and the timezone will display correctly.
