Email Subject line shows html instead of text, how to change it back?

I'm having Outlook 2016 problems:

  1. Daily crashes
  2. Email Subject line shows html instead of text
  3. No longer can SAVE ATTACHMENTS in left hand FILE pull down

    Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify /Repair, once the repair completes re-test
