Hi
After a recent update, I find that when my preview shows the document with tracked changes appearing and I print, the document prints without tracked changes. I go into the print window and to the microsoft word tab and see that "key assignments" is chosen for "print what". I change it to document with mark-up and then the preview shows effectively a blank document. I never had this problem before. I am using version 16.31 and catalina on a macbook pro. Grateful for any advice.

I also would like to suggest you try reset your Word especially for Normal template as given in the link below:
Word: Change the default settings for new documents
16.31 is the current Slow Insider Release. Your message should be posted to the Insider part of this forum.
Please check at the web site of your printer manufacturer to see if they have an updated macOS Catalina driver for your printer model.
The current Windows 10 Slow Insider release is 18362.10024 so unsure of your response to the OP.

Hi - the article you sent refers to "pages". I am using word for mac. Are there any other solutions that you can think of?
