Printing a document with tracked changes on a mac - tracked changes don't show

Hi

After a recent update, I find that when my preview shows the document with tracked changes appearing and I print, the document prints without tracked changes.  I go into the print window and to the microsoft word tab and see that "key assignments" is chosen for "print what".  I change it to document with mark-up and then the preview shows effectively a blank document.  I never had this problem before. I am using version 16.31 and catalina on a macbook pro. Grateful for any advice.

    Could you give a try some other ways as shown in this link?

    16.31 is the current Slow Insider Release. Your message should be posted to the Insider part of this forum. 

    Please check at the web site of your printer manufacturer to see if they have an updated macOS Catalina driver for your printer model.

    Please check at the web site of your printer manufacturer to see if they have an updated macOS Catalina driver for your printer model.

    Hi

    Didn't realize that I was an "insider".  I tried updating the drivers and no hope. It constantly reverts to "Key Assignments" in "print what" and if I change it to "Document with markup" then it prints effectively a blank screen.  Any other thoughts?
