Automatically shorten links for OneDrive & SharePoint files

I am running a Beta version that should allow subject features. I do not see them, I am wondering how I confirm if they should be available. Do you need an on line exchange account for these features to be available. I am running both a hotmail account and company site server. The features are not available on either account.

The link is not shortened. See below.

My OneDrive is tied to my personal account. But it doesn't matter if I use the work account email or my personal account email, Microsoft 365, [Desktop version] reacts the same.

If you insert the link by right-clicking the body of an email message and select Link > Insert Link, does it still not shorten the link in the body of the message? Also, is the file on the OneDrive/SharePoint account that you're using in Outlook or is it on a different account?

Hi Evan,

I am running Build [13102.20002]

Outlook does not create the process or the features in the image on the link below:

https://prodmediacdn.blob.core.windows.net/media/2020/04/1-4.png

All that happens is I have the option to copy a link and insert such as :

https://1drv.ms/b/s!AgBine3Ji5n4g7gpt0YgzreoftOa\_A

Can you provide the build number installed on your device? Also, when you follow the steps listed on our blog, what exactly happens?
