Hello!

I have the latest install of Outlook 365 for Mac.  For some reason the ribbon is not appearing in the application.  I go to View and there should be "Ribbon" but there is nothing.  The ribbon appears in all of the other apps, ie, word, excel, PPT, etc. but not in Outllook.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

    Hi

You are using an Insider Fast build of Office but you posted to the general release forum, so I moved your question to the proper forum for users of insider builds.

Your build is not current. The current build is 20071407, which was released July 14. Please go to the Help menu and choose Check for Updates to launch AutoUpdate.app to get the current build. Then please test again and reply to your question with the results.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your reply!  The key combination didnt' work in Outlook but it did work in Word, excel and PPT.  I deleted and reinstalled office and have included all of the pertinent information below.

    Thanks again!

    Hello BearacatTD,

From your description, I understand that ribbon disappears in your Outlook for Mac. Since the ribbon is not in the View menu, you can check whether you can expand the ribbon by pressing Options++R. If convenient, please uninstall Microsoft 365 apps and re-download it again to see the result.

If the issue still persists, to better help you, please provide the screenshot about your Outlook version to me.

    Regards,

    Seven
