The application says Beta signup but current channel. It will not swap. I have tried everything on the internet from registry CMD to fresh installs. I dont know how to do it.

It says the program is up to date and stays on current view.

Hi Alexander,  Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I do understand that you're having trouble changing the channel in Excel Beta. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check if you have administrative privileges on your computer. If not, try logging in as an administrator and then changing the channel.
    2. Make sure that you have the latest version of Excel Beta installed. You can check for updates by going to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    3. Try repairing the installation of Excel Beta. You can do this by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Microsoft 365 Apps > Change > Quick Repair.
    4. If the above steps don't work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling Excel Beta. Make sure to back up any important files before doing so.
