I just got updated to 1806 build 10222.20010 and the Insert>Illustrations>Icon is missing.
Why it happened?? I need those icons back!!!!!

What version and build does it show that you have installed? You can find this by going to File > Account and look for the line that reads "Version xxxx (Build xxxxx.xxxxx Click-to-Run.)"

I am at Indiana University. We have Office 365 and I have the same problem. No icons
Why did I have access to the feature previously? Was it removed from the Student/Home version?
You have the one-time purchase version of Office 2016, and not an Office 365 subscription. The Insert Icons function is only available to Office 365 subscribers at this time.
