I just got updated to 1806 build 10222.20010 and the Insert>Illustrations>Icon is missing.
Why it happened?? I need those icons back!!!!!

Nope. It's completely missing. It was there before, but after last update (1806 build 10222.20010) icons are gone.
If you go to File > Options > Customize Ribbons, are you able to see the Icons option listed under Insert > Illustrations on the right hand panel? If not, can you see it listed in the same place on the left hand panel, and then select it and hit "Add"?

You have the one-time purchase version of Office 2016, and not an Office 365 subscription. The Insert Icons function is only available to Office 365 subscribers at this time.

What version and build does it show that you have installed? You can find this by going to File > Account and look for the line that reads "Version xxxx (Build xxxxx.xxxxx Click-to-Run.)"
