Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

    Hi MrsGenna,

Thanks for the clarification. Based on my troubleshooting with Larry, we found that creating a new presentation on 16.9 helps. You can create a new presentation and copy the contents of the old one there before exporting the file as pDF.

Meanwhile, we would like to get a sample file and PDF of the issue via private message which you can access here.

    Regards,

    Sheen

    Hi MrsGenna,

Based on the private message we received, you are printing your presentation. The issue we're discussing in this thread is regarding exporting to PDF as a digital file, not as a paper result.

I understand the urgency, we will assist you as soon as possible. I see you have a thread that is being handled by Zixuan. I will let her know regarding the image in the private message you sent me.

    Regards,

    Sheen
