Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

To anyone still struggling with it:

    1. Uninstall PowerPoint following these instructions (I solved it without uninstalling the rest of Office apps):

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/how-to-go-back-to-office-2016-for-mac-15-xx-versions-from-16-xx-e88ed6c8-6fb4-40a1-9540-529000d3d20f

    1. Download and install Office 2016 v16.13.1

    https://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/C1297A47-86C4-4C1F-97FA-950631F94777/OfficeMac/Microsoft\_Office\_2016\_16.13.18052304\_Installer.pkg

This is unacceptable by all standards of software quality assurance, especially in a SW with over for 30 years.

To Customer Service Officer: it would save everyone else's time if you provide the direct link to the correct installer, not to the general Office update history page.

    Hello,

I upgraded to the latest version of powerpoint this week (16.14.1) and now when I export to pdf a number of logos and images are blurry.

This is not related to image quality as we are having to use an old windows laptop to do the conversions to pdf and they are perfect.

Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks,

    Matt

    Hi:

You write: Install Office 2016 for Mac version 16.13.1 which you can get here.

The link don't send me to that version.

    Thanks.
