Powerpoint 16.15 (180530) Save as PDF - images are blurry

Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

    Dear Jim,

    Even before this issue, I noticed that Powerpoint exports vector files (for example, SVG) as bitmap figures when I export a file to PDF. Is this intentional? It would be much better if figures were kept as vectors in such situations.

    All you have to do is:

    1. Delete your Powerpoint (just drag it to thrash).
    2. Download the previous version of it (16.13.1). If you are experimenting issues with Powerpoint only, you can download just this app (instead of the full office) by clicking over its name (at the end of the line).
    3. Double click the downloaded installer and install it. Right after that, you have 16.13.1 installed (you can open Powerpoint and check the version number at the "Powerpoint -> About" menu.
    4. Do not let Microsoft Autoupdate update your Office! If you do that, it will always install the latest version (exactly as shown in the pic you have attached).
