Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

I don't think Microsoft understands how they really just messed me up. I have 3-4 lecture chapters a day to give to the to present to the class and NOW I cannot print them because everytime I print the powerpoints the fonts change and the sentences conform into each other so no one can read them.

    1. This has wasted a lot of paper.
    2. It has wasted a lot of ink.
    3. Wasted money.

    And the biggest thing...

    1. It has wasted my my fellow classmates, instructors, and my time.

This is a summer session course, which goes EXTREMELY fast and these past 3 days has really messed me and my students up. Please get this fix immediately.

    Hi Sheen,

I have a brand new MacBook Pro Retina and have the same issues with fuzzy lo res PDFs from Excel and PowerPoint.

I've already installed PowerPoint 16.14, so how do I install an older version 16.13 if I have a newer version? I downloaded it from the link in this discussion and it looked like it installed however when I open PowerPoint, it still says 16.14.

Can you post specific instructions for how to install an older version if we have the latest version installed?

    Thanks,

    Sarah
