Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

    Hi,

We've just begun to experience major problems saving to PDF, printing to PDF or our laser printers. They seem involve some of the issues stated in this posts (arrows became enormous, outlines and rules enormous, and Calibri font which is the primary font in our branded PPT new business presentations is printed with odd spacing and kerning and the bold often doesn't show up. This is occurring on all the Macs in the office that I've tested.

Is this related to the issues of you post?

How soon will an update with fixes be issued -- we need it ASAP?

Will your workaround of installing the older version really work -- this will be a burden since we have to reload the older software on at least 15 computers.

    Let me know.

    Shelley

I had the same problem today, and found a solution in the Community support forum. Use Microsoft AutoUpdater to install version 16.15. You may have to join the Office Insider program (check box in Updater window) to get this update.
