Powerpoint 16.15 (180530) Save as PDF - images are blurry

Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

    Actually, I still have this problem. I set the image compression to Original Image and it still looks bad when I export to PDF!!

    Hi Phil,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the issue. 

    We've already reported the issue on PowerPoint 2016 for Mac version 16.14.1 to the relate team. And currently the team is working on a fix.

    We've also set up a primary for tracking the latest progress. Please move forward to PowerPoint export to PDF has tons of formatting issues for the information. We'll update that thread once we get further update.

    In case you are urge to use the feature in PowerPoint, you can choose to install Office 2016 for Mac version 16.13.1 to workaround it. Get it here if needed.
