Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

    I'm using powerpoint 16.14.1

When I print now all of the lines and boxes are becoming very thick. Same files that I have printed in past with no issues.

    Hi All,

We are aware of the issue and have reported it to the related team.

The workaround for now is to uninstall Office and re-install version 16.13.1, which is the latest version that does not have this issue.

You can download version 16.13.1 from the link below:

Update history for Office for Mac

Additionally, we have set up a primary thread to focus on the issue, please subscribe to that thread so that you can receive updates:

PowerPoint export to PDF has tons of formatting issues

As this thread is about a different issue on a different version of PowerPoint, which was fixed, we will be locking this thread from further replies so that other community members can easily see the information.

    Regards,

    Sheen
