Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

Hello, the solution that worked for us is:

PowerPoint Slide -> print in A1/A3 (if there is no A1/A3 go to Manage Custom Sizes -> + -> width: 594, height: 841 ) -> as PDF -> Open in preview

    The images are converted correctly.

    26 June 2018

In the last two or so weeks, I have noticed a problem in printing Powerpoint figures on my Mac . I am using Powerpoint 16.14.1, and running High Sierra (10.13.5), and I do not recall if the problem originates with a Mac OS update or with an Office update.

I often draw simple line diagrams and graphs with line widths of 0.5 pt or smaller. These look fine on the screen, but if I try to print them or print-to-PDF, the line widths are grossly enlarged.
