Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

I highly recommend against uninstalling/reinstalling or reverting to an old version to fix this problem.

Instead, install the next update, version 16.15, which has a fix for this issue and should take care of it.

To get the update first (probably this week or next), join Insider Slow

    Hi Sheen,

Thank you for your input. I changed my setup to Low using Preferences > General > Print Quality (Paper/PDF).  I then tried to print my PPT file using the Print.../Save as PD, but I see no size reduction. The pdf file size is still very large and unusable.  It seems that the resolution setup does not have any impact on the Print.../Save to PDF command.  Could you confirm please?

I am using the Print.../Save as PDF because I need to print multiple slides on one page.

    Thanks,

    Vincent

I am reluctant to uninstall Office as I am at the limit of licenses. Will uninstalling Office credit me with one license for that installation?
