Powerpoint 16.15 (180530) Save as PDF - images are blurry

Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

    Dear Jesse,

    Thank you for your answer, alas, problem NOT solved.

    When I do set at medium or low quality, the lines are somewhat thinner, but still without my control, AND, arrow-lines are different thickness than other lines, even when all set at the same thickness.

    I also noticed a very poor print quality, from any general black & white image. It seems much less focus/sharpness in the print, surely, much less than on the screen. Related?

    THANK YOU for the feedback, but still no solution.

    If you go to the PowerPoint > Preferences > General menu, then look for the Print Quality (Paper/PDF) dropdown, does changing that quality setting impact the line thickness?

    PowerPoint added new print quality options which also impact saving to PDF. Go to the PowerPoint > Preferences > General menu, and then find the "Print Quality (Paper/PDF)" dropdown and set it to Medium or High. That should improve the image quality.
