Powerpoint 16.15 (180530) Save as PDF - images are blurry

Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

    Thank you. Indeed, found the update. Problem NOT solved.

    Also noticed:

    • when I put line thickness very high (8pt), all lines are equally (very) thick
    • when i put lines ultra thin, there is the problem with the thickness, being still too thick, and arrows, other lines and text frames are different in thickness (although adjusted all the same.

    I'm really puzzled. Happy to send you images.

    There was a new Mac Fast build released today. Can you try updating and let us know if the behavior persists?

    Just to clarify, when you say PDF export is set to High, do you mean under the PowerPoint > Preferences > General > Print Quality (Paper/PDF) setting?
