Powerpoint 16.15 (180530) Save as PDF - images are blurry

Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

    We're experiencing the export graphics issue as well in my team. We're on the latest slow build 16.14 (180610).

    Anytime we export to PDF we get fuzzy, low quality images.

    Just so you know, I uninstalled the latest Insider Fast Build of Powerpoint and re-installed an older build (16.10 - (180210)) and the problem was fixed. Having said that, the PDF output is still larger in size and "less sharp" (not fuzzy like it was with the latest build) when compared to taking the Powerpoint and outputting it into a PDF using the latest version of the Windows Powerpoint.
