Hi,
Wednesday there was an Office update. Myself, and my coworkers also running the same computers with the same software have since had an issue with Power Point. This morning there was another update, and after we ran that one the same problem persists.
When we print directly from the file, or export to PDF it's coming out as low quality even though the settings are set to high quality. Any lines, arrows, boxes or circles with border edges that are thin (2pt or lower) in the file print out or
export as very thick (10pt). Attached is an example. This isn't just an issue with my system. As I said, others in my office are running macintosh with the same Office Suite's and running the same system software and are having the same exact issue as I
am. When will this be rectified? 90% of our company marketing that we use and update daily is in Power Point.
Below is an example on the left of what it's supposed to look like, vs. what it looks like when we try to print or convert to PDF. We have the professional adobe acrobat PDF software that we are using to open the files as well.
