Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

    HELLO POWERPOINT/MICROSOFT TEAM...

This is also a serious issues in the day to day running of my consultancy business. For example on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, I worked through to 3am trying to export a PowerPoint deck to send to a client to the required quality. Whilst the deck I output was readable, it was not to the graphic quality I would place in front of a client. I ended up having to buy additional PDF software for $50 in order to convert the PowerPoint deck to an acceptable quality PDF.

I recall a PowerPoint update last week or perhaps earlier this week, and since then all PDF output from PowerPoint has been unacceptable.

I will try to attach a screen grab of how a typical slide looks to me ON SCREEN and then how it looks when output to PDF.

I am a heavy PowerPoint user and really need this to be fixed urgently.

    Thank you,

    Gareth

After updating to Powerpoint for Mac 16.14.1, exporting PDF's is problematic.

The PDFs include images, text and figures that have noticeably lower resolution. Meanwhile the powerpoint still looks great and high-quality on the screen in PowerPoint. I suspect that it's due to a PowerPoint software update (why do I bother to update my software?).

How do I export PDFs with high quality images like I used to be able to do? All ways of exporting PDF's do not work well.
