Powerpoint 16.15 (180530) Save as PDF - images are blurry

Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

    Yes, the downgrade did work for everything as far as I could tell (images, lines, text, etc.). I'm currently on version 16.12. But the real issue here is how long it took me to even find the answer to a problem this big. I can't believe Microsoft allows a major issue like this to not only happen, but persist to the point I'm spending hours frantically trying to figure it out while also trying to meet strict deadlines. With a problem this big, the onus should have been on Microsoft to let everyone know what was going on so we knew exactly how to fix it without wasting time and having to send out terribly designed decks that make us look unprofessional to clients. And of course, I'm not the only one.

    My workaround is to save the powerpoint to a Key Note presentation and then save the document as a PDF.  No blurring of images.  Going forward, I'm just going to build my presentations in Key Note.

    Is the file personal or security risk or contain business details that should not be shown. If not, put it on One Drive and provide a Link. 

    Its possible it may be a Printer issue.  I have the same version. So if it is a problem with the release; I should have the same effect.

    Just uninstall the software and install the latest V15.xx which you can find here: https://support.office.com/en-
