Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

    Hi Asheurs,

    Thanks for your updated information.

As I mentioned above, we have reported the arrow size issue to the related team for further investigation, I will post back and let you know the updated information as soon as possible once I get one.

As for the font change issue, since this thread is focused on the arrow size and shapes, which is different from the font change scenario. I would like to suggest you post a new thread with detailed steps and related screenshots about how you encounter the issue and your detailed Office version in this forum, we are also more than willing to help you on the issue.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Regards,

    Yoga

Hi Yoga - I think there is some confusion? I did not say that I was having low quality image or text issues. That may also be happening, however my main problem is fonts are changing when saving to pdf and arrows become very large. This issue started happening after I performed the latest office update.

Please advise how this issue will be remedied?

    Thank you

    Hi Burton & Asheurs,

We could totally understand your frustration about encountering the issue.

If you are getting low quality images/texts when exporting to PDF using PowerPoint for Mac, since the behavior is different, we have set another primary thread to track the issue.

Besides, we have also reported the issue to the related team for further investigation. You can monitor this thread to get the latest update: PowerPoint export to PDF has tons of formatting issues

    Regards,

    Yoga
