Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

This reply from before solves it temporarily quite easy:

I was having issues with the "Print to PDF" function in PowerPoint 16.14.1. Things looked great in PowerPoint and terrible in the PDF. Font changes, shape changes, image blurriness, etc.

I spent some time with the Microsoft Support yesterday. They learned about the problem and bumped me up to a Level 2 PowerPoint Tech, whatever that is. He called me back a few hours later and said lots of people are having problems with the 16.14.1 update. Something about a "boundaries" issue. He showed me how to delete all my Microsoft Office apps and download previous version 16.12 from the following page:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac

Would just be nice to get an update on the release notes as I don't update my PP at the moment due to that factor.

    Hi Nutcollectr,

Thanks a lot! yes, I did exactly that. I deleted the newest version and downloaded the previous version and now it looks fine!

It´s pretty sad though that instead of going forward, we have to go back... ahhah

    Thanks for your help!
