Microsoft Outlook for Mac - IMAP account not behaving

I'm using Outlook for Mac - business - new version

I have 365 business account and 6 imap accounts and 2 Apple Me accounts.

2 of the IMAP accounts are not synching properly for sent and draft email FROM Outlook. It's almost like they're only syncing local sent mail and draft email without sending to the server. If I send or set up a draft in Mac Mail, they sync fine to outlook, but if I do the same in outlook - I don't see them in Mac Mail.

I have the same set up on a MacBook and works fine

This was not an issue until I had to wipe my Mac a set up from new - previously it was fine.

So it seems like it's isolated to my Mac and Outlook, but I don't know hat to look for or where to go to fix it.

I've removed the accounts and added them back in, but the same.

I should add received mail in Junk etc is all fine. If I file email in Outlook in a folder, it syncs ok.

It's just email CREATED in Outlook that isn't synching! How weird, but that may be what someone needs to answer this one for me!

    Hi Tom,

    The Office Insider forum is for beta channel comments and questions. 16.60 is the current channel regular release.

    If you're using the beta channel, please install the current 16.61 update and test again.

    If you're using the regular release build of Outlook please post to the Community > Microsoft 365 and Office forum. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum

    Good Morning,

    I've updated to v 16.61 and the problem continues. A few days ago, my iMap mail started to sync and did so for several hours but then I needed to restart my Mac. After the restart, the iMap mail no longer synced once again.

    Very odd.

    Maybe it's a firewall or cert issues?

    Hi Tom,

    Installing the beta channel build should give you access to Contact Support on the Help menu in Outlook. Please use that channel to alert Microsoft to this problem.
