Why can't I just turn off this feature instead of spending time looking for how to turn it off every time the app is updated. I can't turn it off on my phone and this is annoying. The only reason I still use it is because of work. this 2.0 feature is frustrating me. please help to turn it off and never turn on back again by itself.

I've been trying to find the thread in which this "feature" was originally requested. ( I'd be tempted personally contact each of those voters, and ask if they're happy with how the change has been implemented - it's hard to imagine they would be ).

I see there is a suggestion now in the feedback portal to make the sort order an individual preference. Allow Sort order to be set according to individual preference.

I have added my vote there, and will repost this message on all the various threads where this awful change is being discussed.

This is one of the silliest decisions to implement reverse sorting without the option to choose. This isn't an email client. It's a messenger, and everywhere new messages are at the bottom. It's a common practice, everyone is used to it. Give people a choice!

Please for the love of god LET USERS CHANGE THE ORDER. This choice is absurd and annoying. If this change won't be reverted or mitigated by letting users change it back I will push as hard as I can for us to migrate away from MS and I will always advocate users to stay away from Microsoft products. The Ribbon UI in O365 was bad enough but this is the absolute worst thing you've done to your users and speaks of a company that has zero idea what they're doing UX-wise.
