Why can't I just turn off this feature instead of spending time looking for how to turn it off every time the app is updated. I can't turn it off on my phone and this is annoying. The only reason I still use it is because of work. this 2.0 feature is frustrating me. please help to turn it off and never turn on back again by itself.

2023-10-04T14:12:23+00:00 Yay - just got the latest channel features (preview), and not only can I change to sort top-to-bottom or bottom-to-top; it defaults to new messages at the bottom.
I think we won!
It sounds like somebody has finally explained to the UX team how to do a proper A/B test.

Online teams just returned to "new at bottom", and ridiculusly received an option to turn back to new at top.
It is over, it is done.
We won.

2023-09-28T10:11:39+00:00 Well, that's what we dream for, you seem to have this from the future, as I, as a commoner, I don't have that feature, even if I have the latest updates for Teams, Office, Windows.
My point about bloated software that sluggishly works on powerful machines that are rendered useless due to software designers incompetency, also remains.
