Conversations involving multiple participants, allowing collaboration and information sharing in Teams
Thanks Collin. We don't get an option to not use this application as it has been an integral part of our business. One of the updates gave you the option of turning off 2.0 which changed the priority of the feed to the old style. The next upgrade took away the option and forced the user to get used to it. Changes are good and its natural to want to stay a certain way since we are creatures of habit. considering the feedback from multiple users in this community, they need to listen and not forget that the customer is always right which is the end user. Not everyone is computer savvy like those in the Microsoft tech developer's world. It seems like they have lost touch with the most important thing which is the simple end user.
