Why can't I just turn off this feature instead of spending time looking for how to turn it off every time the app is updated. I can't turn it off on my phone and this is annoying. The only reason I still use it is because of work. this 2.0 feature is frustrating me. please help to turn it off and never turn on back again by itself.

This was a material change in usability that does not appear to have any benefit to the average use case in our organization. We treat channels primarily as CHAT channels. Microsoft's change here seems to be another step towards trying to make Teams into a social media platform and I don't understand who the target audience is.

This is a terribly drastic change that really impacts the way I use this product. MS needs to allow for going back to the way all other messaging platforms work.

You flipped the entire UI upside down. I hate to be negative but I've been using messaging apps for 23 years that functioned on way and now we have to use this? I'm sorry but this is a terrible design choice.

win desktop chat - new at bottom

browser chat - new at bottom

android app chat - new at bottom

    its okay

win desktop channels - new at top

browser channels - new at top

    holy cow

android app channels - new at bottom

    ****

Can you do all the above at inverse on every even week numbers, and random on weekends? Maybe invent the "new at middle" or "random at top" versions at every full moon?

This is terrible. My whole organization of 2000+ people hate it. Make a change.
