I have lost the meeting notes option from the task bar at the top, how do I get this back?

I was able to locate my notes by going to OneDrive > My Files> Microsoft Teams Data > Wiki

Otherwise you should see an option to download meeting notes at the top of your chat. Download and open mht file in Word. This also worked for me.

Agreed - very frustrating to lose these without notice and have to copy across.

My meeting notes are available on OneDrive in the location described above, however:

1. the formatting of the notes I originally took is messed up; some parts are unreadable
2. the notes are private (e.g. my other teammates cannot access unless I explicitly share them)

--> I'm glad important details are still available, however this solution is unworkable for easy capture/sharing of meeting notes. I really want my original notes restored to the Meeting Notes tab (which is missing).

The download option did not work for me. It downloads a file that is completely BLANK.

I am also frustrated that this feature disappeared without warning!

I could have taken steps to preserve my original notes, including formatting given notice.

Now I'm scrambling to figure out a workable solution.

Please MS Teams, resolve this issue quickly.

I no longer see the "Meeting Notes" menu item. I tried to upload a screenshot but the process kept failing.

The Meeting Notes feature was available last week but now it is gone for not only past meetings but for new meetings as well.

I have a weekly recurring meeting and use the same meeting notes to capture the agenda and items discussed. It's gone!

I just attended a meeting today and used the meeting notes to capture action items. They're gone!

Please provide a workaround that actually works and a date as to when this will be fixed.

Looks like the previous Meeting Notes are now Collaborative Notes.

**"NOTE:**We have removed the previous Teams meeting notes solution. You can still download your previous wiki notes locally. Participants who didn’t create the notes may need to be granted access by the meeting creator."

Our issue is really that neither the old notes appear, nor the new collaborative notes. The old notes are indeed available as the direct files mht files (but not through a nice GUI).
