Pressing Ctrl + C only lets you copy the conversation. I cannot give specific examples because my work is confidential but. This is the reddit post that is talking about the issue I am talking about. Copying Sender Information No Longer a Thing? : r/MicrosoftTeams (reddit.com)

Holding the mouse button down and doing copy/paste is not displaying the timestamp correctly, it's just a jumbled mess for me. Not working on the web or desktop client. Was working a week ago for me in the desktop client right before I went on vacation.
Another vote! Microsoft needs to return this function, I use it regularly and not having the sender in the copied data is a serious problem.
Doing CTRL + C before releasing the mouse button is not an adequate workaround - it's super inconvenient and also pastes the copied text in plain-text, instead of maintaining the formatting from Teams.
Throwing an additional request in here for Microsoft to please return this feature, even if it is an optional toggle. To echo other users, I used this feature daily for documentation and tracking purposes. The workaround issue of adding additional text (message preview ahead of each name/time stamp), which then needs to be manually deleted, slows down productivity significantly.
