I also really need this feature back on. It is sooo useful when taking minutes or making reports when running an cyber incident. It gives a really nice way to capture the points discussed during the meeting. Pls bring it back!
Please change this back Microsoft, I have people mad at me, the IT guy, because you changed something that I can't fix...

Throwing an additional request in here for Microsoft to please return this feature, even if it is an optional toggle. To echo other users, I used this feature daily for documentation and tracking purposes. The workaround issue of adding additional text (message preview ahead of each name/time stamp), which then needs to be manually deleted, slows down productivity significantly.
