Agreed. What are their IT support doing? Dumb change.
Except for the fact that it copies it like garbage and needs a lot of cleanup to be legible.
Before it would actually copy line by line with name and timestamp (NEATLY!) and have returns between each message so as to easily read the conversation.
Not ONLY did it do that, but if you copied conversation spanning multiple days it would actually include context as to when you wrote the messages like "Yesterday" and "Today" in the chain as well, it was awesome and now it royally sucks.

I found that using the OLD version of Teams will include the timestamp and name.
