not a solution, in particular when you have to copy more than one message
Use the Forward Feature and forward it to yourself.
Works for me.
This is a real pain. Hard to believe Microsoft cannot maintain continuity in these simple, everyday uses.
Please can someone respond to us about this?

Is there somewhere else we should be posting about this, so Microsoft actually see it?!
