Yesterday morning, seemingly after an update, everyone in my group who uses Dark Mode in Teams noticed vertical white lines appear that divide the sections of the chat screen (between the left side icons and the chat selection tree as well as between the tree and the chat window itself. We all find these lines very annoying and would like to remove them. However, we haven't found a way to turn them off. Suggestions (besides switching to the blinding Light or Classic modes?

This has happened to me as well. I have tried the following after asking Copilot:

    • Cleared my teams cache
    • Cleared Teams reference in startup and registry
    • Changed from one theme to another (the other themes work fine)
    • Logged onto Teams Online (looks fine)
    • Deleted/reinstalled Teams. None of this has worked.

It's as if the Dark theme has become mixed with the high-contrast theme, as the borders look exactly like the borders in the high-contrast theme.

Like the others, it is driving me crazy, and I hope it's resolved soon, and not just left as an "unimportant" bug.
