Yesterday morning, seemingly after an update, everyone in my group who uses Dark Mode in Teams noticed vertical white lines appear that divide the sections of the chat screen (between the left side icons and the chat selection tree as well as between the tree and the chat window itself. We all find these lines very annoying and would like to remove them. However, we haven't found a way to turn them off. Suggestions (besides switching to the blinding Light or Classic modes?

Signing out of Teams then signing back in fixed the issue for me!
Clearly this is a feature, not a bug
Delete everything from this teams directory:
%userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
It worked for me and a colleague of mine.

Thank you soooooooo much. I was legit losing my mind over it.
What worked for me was quitting teams, go to this folder and delete everything in it --> %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
Then start Teams again.
