As of yesterday, the display of my teams will no longer collapse the left side panel. I've tried settings, restarting the app, and restarting the computer. It used to open after selecting one of the options next to it, like chat or teams and then it would automatically close after I selected what I wanted from those options. How do I get it to collapse again?

I am having the same issue. It just started this week. I do not have the diagonal arrows and do not have an option to collapse tabs. I have tried several of the suggestions but nothing has helped. This is very frustrating. I hope Microsoft is working on correcting this issue. It seems I am not the only one who is upset with the change.
Same issue here. There are no diagonal arrows or anything to select.
It started happening this morning. Super annoying and I don't want to delete all the data in the app.
I want to hide the pane outlined in red (names removed for privacy reasons). It used to hide automatically when I selected a team, and you'd just have the chat window on the right side:
P.S. If I shrink the window I can't keep shrinking width-wise, so it doesn't hide the "Teams" pane like it used to.
Microsoft software updates are pathetic.
Yet again another problem within a Microsoft application created by Microsoft themselves.
My users are also starting to complain about this issue. Alot of them don't like using teams full maximized screen so when they make the teams smaller, it usually auto hides the chat bar on the left side.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
