How can I fix the notification banner position for the new Microsoft Teams?

Hi,

I just installed the new Microsoft Teams and I noticed that the notification banner is displaying a bit off. It would be great if it were displayed in the lower-rightmost part of the screen (just like from the Teams classic).

    Accroding to your description, to change the position of the notification banner in the new Microsoft Teams, you can follow these steps:

    1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the Teams app.
    2. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
    3. Click on "Notifications" in the left-hand menu.
    4. Scroll down to the "Banner and email" section.
    5. Under "Banner notification position," select "Bottom right" from the drop-down menu.

    This should change the position of the notification banner to the lower-rightmost part of your screen.

    I went back to the previous version because of this. As everyone has said before, the option you describe does not exist in the New Teams. It has been more than three months since this was reported, any updates?

    certainly " helpful" when the option to adjust the banner only available to the Microsoft editor hahahaha, seriously please come out with solution is getting frustrate the update seem more to be downgrade to me now

    Currently running New Teams version 23320.3027.2591.1505 and can confirm that this is still an issue....

    I just switched back to the old/classic teams - didnt see any benefit to the "new" teams and this notification bug was most annoying. I'll stick with "classic" until they at least fix this - if not longer ..

    Useless reply. This menu combination and option doesn't even exist in the 'new' teams!

    Now we've been stuck with this banner in the wrong place for month instead of the lower right corner. It is appearing a quarter way up the screen and extremely distracting. Gotta love Microsoft - just releases and forces people to update without actually testing these basic functionality.
