I am not getting teams notifications on my I phone. All notifications are turned on. Anything I need to do to fix this?

I am facing the problem in exactly the same scenario

This seems to be not working for me. All the settings are exactly like what you have suggested but still nothing from teams. This happens with iphone 15 as I did not have any issues with Iphone 11. Can someone help me here?

The same thing happens to me, I do not receive notifications on the IPhone 14, in the 11 if I received them without problems. I do not know if it is an update.

This has been happening to me for a while as well. I'm 98% sure it all started around iOS 17 and a Teams update.

I noticed I was only getting notifications during certain times of the day. I believe Kyle Ryan is correct. When I'm away from my company laptops, I seem to be getting the notifications. The option to Block notifications "when active on other devices" was the cause. The switch was enabled on all my devices which explains why I was sporadically getting notifications.

To disabled it, go into the Teams app, tap your profile icon in the upper left and tap Notifications. You'll see the option towards the bottom.

FYI: If you're still having an issue, double check the iOS Focus settings. If you have a Focus feature enabled (Personal, Work, Driving, Sleep etc..) and Teams isn't in the allowed apps, it will also mute the notifications. Basically like a tailored version of do not disturb.

I found the solution for me NOTHING would work then I found that there was a new tab after it updated which was turned on.

On teams click your profile picture.

notifications>Block notifications>When active on other device

Turn that off.

I found that was blocking all my notifications no matter what.
