Why would I be able to change my background during a meeting in Teams prior but not now?

This is for my school account, and I have the same laptop and access Teams the same way I always have from my taskbar.

UPDATE: I have deleted the Teams folder and logged back in, creating the updated Teams folder on my drive. It still only shows Effects and avatars when I click on the camera.

I think this is the default for now, I will suggest you drop feedback to the developers to consider this again.

Thank you for your response, but I already reviewed all of that. Where it should have background filters, mine says Effects and Avatar. It doesn't show anything for effects but it does allow me to select avatars.

    Thank you,
